Tomorrow X Together Unveils 3rd Album ‘The Name Chapter: FREEFALL’ Tracklist & Preview
Tomorrow X Together (TXT) is ready and gearing up for their upcoming third full-length album, The Name Chapter: FREEFALL, which is set to release on October 13. The album comes just three short months after their Japanese album release Sweet, and nine months since their fifth EP release, The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION. The group has started to release concept pictures of the three versions of their upcoming album, REALITY, MELANCHOLY, and CLARITY.
The group, which debuted back in 2019, consists of members: Choi Soobin, Choi Yeonjun, Choi Beomgyu, Kang Taehyun, and HueningKai and is managed by Big Hit Music. Since their debut, Tomorrow X Together has become pioneers of the fourth generation of K-Pop with their amazing performances and groundbreaking sound.
All five members have also been heavily involved in the process of producing and writing their music ever since their debut album. This has conveyed their stories and feelings in a way that only they can do towards their fans, MOA. Their involvement in their upcoming release has been shown in the album’s tracklist reveal, which was posted on Big Hit’s social media accounts.
The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION, is made up of 9 tracks: “Growing Pain,” “Chasing That Feeling,” “Back for More (TXT Ver.),” “Dreamer,” “Deep Down,” “Happily Ever After,” “Skipping Stones,” “Blue Spring,” and “Do It Like That.” Incorporating a more R&B feel, they set out to share the darker and more brooding feelings and thoughts one can experience during their youth and as they continue to grow. Tomorrow X Together has always been known for depicting a very real and transparent representation of this generation’s views on youth, and it is very refreshing to see they continue to do so, showing all aspects of what it is to grow.

Their title track, “Chasing That Feeling,” is produced by Rock Mafia, who has previously worked with renowned artists such as Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez. Producer Ryan Tedder was also recruited to produce the album; however, Beomgyu participated in the production of the eighth track, “Blue Spring.”
The rest of the members partook in the writing of tracks; “Growing Pain” (Yeonjun, Taehyun, and Hueningkai), “Dreamer” (Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, and Hueningkai), “Deep Down” (Yeonjun) and “Happily Ever After” (Yeonjun and Taehyun). Their involvement in five out of nine tracks would mark the album where they have had the most writing and producing credits since their debut, showing immense artistic growth.
Big Hit also unveiled the album’s track highlights a few days after sharing the tracklist. They shared small snippets and visuals of what all of the songs will sound like. This has been posted on their YouTube so that fans can have a small preview of what is to come.
The Name Chapter: FREEFALL releases on all streaming platforms on October 13, and we can’t wait to see all of what Tomorrow X Together will show us in this upcoming phase.
